Why not bake something healthy in a fun shape so that the kids, hubs and yes, even you may gravitate toward the whole wheat muffin rather than the ‘sweet/salty” option calling from the pantry!???!
Shown here (above) are whole wheat and cinnamon muffins. I purchased two acorn nut shaped baking trays from the MAXI grocery store last week on clearance for $3 each (LOBLAWS.ca -President’s Choice brand). You can find various fun baking shapes from local online kitchen supply shops or try places like William Sonoma and Target!
