Reese’s Peanut Chip Chocolate Cookies

Inspired by the marshmallow chocolate cake mix cookies we made last month my daughter wanted to make them using Hershey’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Chipits (baking chips)!  If you love the combo of chocolate and peanut then you will definitely enjoy these easy to make cookies!

1 pkg/box of chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk (+ maybe a couple of tbsp depending on mix)
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chipits

drop spoonfuls of batter onto cookie sheet

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a bowl mix together the cake mix, egg, butter, milk and Reese’s chips.  The consistency needs to be much thicker than when you make cake.  With a spoon or clean hands scoop 1.5 inch size dollops of batter onto a cookie sheet.  Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
